We are an entirely Canadian owned and operated company, with home base being in Osoyoos, British Columbia. We are almost entirely e-commerce, with no physical shop front. You may find our work in person in participating local shops, or catch us at markets and shows!

We have a chosen a select few exceptional Print on Demand providers. Every design goes through a thorough print proofing and product testing process before it is launched for customers. This ensures we only promote luxury quality art based products that last! They also ship directly to you, reducing our carbon footprint by eliminating our office from the shipping process. Refer to each product listing for their shipping and country of origin details.

We recommend to estimate 2-4 weeks for delivery of your order, as most items take 8-10 business days to be manufactured and printed. Once the order is in the hands of the shipping carrier it is out of our control.

We at Digital Maege work hard to provide the very best quality of products with the lowest environmental impact. By utilizing quality over quantity focused print on demand partners, each and every order is made as needed, and no more. This cuts down on waste significantly, reducing the amount of extra products and environmental impact created.

Our products are not mass produced in advance of a print release. Please refer to each individual product for detailed production times and shipping details.

Before a design is released for print, it goes through a rigorous multi-step digital preparation process to ensure the best possible quality.

After the creative process is complete, the first step is to verify that the design translates well in both large and small formats. We use multiple screen sizes, from smartphones to 55" screens, to check for any small errors or pixelation. We then verify that the resolution is sufficient for large print formats, such as blankets and clothing. Next, we move on to a test print, which is an essential and exciting step that checks for color accuracy. We compare the colors on different screens to ensure that we accurately represent them in our listings and advertisements. It is important to note that colors may vary slightly from screen to screen, depending on the device and settings.

If everything looks good, the design is ready to print and launch!

We put just as much effort into testing the physical quality of our print suppliers' products. Every item style that you see listed has been extensively tested for quality and longevity by our owner. We have high standards, and anything that doesn't pass our rigorous testing or hold up to our clumsy treatment will not be released.

We intentionally test every product harshly through wash tests (including dry tests because it's not always practical to hang dry), sun and rain exposure, comfort and fit testing, and even spaghetti spillage. So you can rest assured that our products have been thoroughly vetted for quality and durability.
